A research on the coupling theory applied to development of energy-saving tourism real estate

Since the beginning of the 21st century, China's tourism has ushered in the "leisure time". As social economy developed rapidly, pace of life become quickly, people hope come on to the nature and experience travel by relaxed and pleasure way. Energy-saving tourism real estate is an important project which is relying on the neighboring rich tourism resources and construction, living as one different from the traditional residential project financial tourism, leisure, vacation, home ownership project. Relative to the average residential characteristics, the advantages of tourism real estate is that it is a seamless grafting of tourism and real estate, which has better natural landscape, the architectural landscape, at the same time, perfect matching functions and high investment value. Based on the coupling theories, this paper analyzes the development of tourism real estate to discuss the development of landscape real estate and problems in its development such as coupling theories and countermeasures. Therefore, the tourism and the real estate industry overlap and fuse to form a coalition, which is energy-saving tourism real estate has dual attribute of tourism and real estate.
