Synergistic effect of IOT industry chain based on two-sided markets

The IOT industry has the typical characteristics of two-sided markets: joint of bilateral demand; cross-network externalities and non-neutral price structure. Collaborative decision-making mechanism of the IOT industry chain is described through mathematical models in this paper. When price, production and profit under independent decision compared with which in collaborative decision, the profit of the whole chain would be greater, with higher yields and lower price of the final IOT product under the collaborative decision of IOT industry chain. When the value of component price was beneficial for both component manufacturing enterprise profit and systems integration services corporate would be enhanced, their collaborative process would be sustainable while it would be broke off if either enterprise got the reduced profit.
