2011 AUG 31 - (VerticalNews.com) -- According to the authors of recent researchrnpublished in the journal Colloids and Surfaces A-Physicochemical and Engineering Aspects,rn"We report in this work the microstructure, rheological behavior and thermal stability about therngel emulsions formed in water, oil and Gemini surfactant sodium didecamino cystine (SDDC)rnsystems. Optical microscopy results indicate that the oil droplets are polydisperse and closelyrnpacked in the gel emulsions."
