Aiming at addressing the corrosion of reinforcing steel bars by chloride (Cl-) ions contained in magnesium oxychloride cement concrete, it is proposed to use a double corrosion-resistant Bei Nai Si (BNC) coating to improve its service life. Using a CS350 electrochemical workstation, the corrosion current density of magnesium (Mg)-cement-reinforced concrete in wet and chloride environments was obtained by electrochemical test. The least squares method is used for estimation, and the current corrosion density of the steel bars is taken as a durability evaluation BNC coated reinforced concrete life prediction index. The results show that the variation of the corrosion current density of reinforced concrete with time in moist and chloride environments conforms to the Weibull distribution function. The Weibull distribution function can describe well the durability deterioration of BNC-coated magnesium oxychloride-cement-reinforced concrete, which has strong guiding significance for the corrosion of steel bars in practical engineering.
