The lawsuit aimed to add the item ‘thenremoval and election of one or more board members’ to the agenda.nHowever, the EGM will be held as planned with the previous agenda.nThe attempt is the latest event in the long running battle for controlnof the Turkish operator, which is continuing to act as a drag on thenfirm’s performance, BMI believes.
