Increased swing convertor for low-internal-voltage ULSI circuits

The authors present an increased swing convertor. It features the switching supply of the input stage, which enables a low operating voltage ratio V/sub int//V/sub ext/(>0.4) to be achieved without consuming DC current. With parallel driving, speed performance is improved.
