摘要

In the design of two channel perfect reconstruction filter banks, most of the conventional methods optimize the frequency response of each filter to meet the perfect recon- struction condition. However, quantization of the filter co- efficient results in some errors in the frequency response, so it is not guaranteed that the perfect reconstruction con- dition is still satisfied. In this paper, we present a new method for designing biorthogonal FIR linear phase filter banks with structurally perfect reconstruction.
