SINGAPORE AIRPORT TO BUILD FOURTH TERMINAL

Singapore changi Airport has unveiled plans to build a fourth passenger terminal at a cost of US$853m. Construction will start in the fourth quarter of 2013, with completion scheduled for the first quarter of 2017. The facility will go into operation later that year with a passenger handling capacity of 16 million a year, raising the airport's overall capacity to 82 million a year.
