Appeals Court Rejects Bid To Halt NextWave Action

The Second Circuit Court of Appeals (New York) Jan. 24 rejected a request by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to halt NextWave Telecom Inc.'s bankruptcy proceedings in the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
