The LMH6522quadandLMH6521 dual digital variable-gain amps suit use in multichannel wideband wire-less systems. The amps feature output-third-order-intercept points of 49 and 48.5 dBm, respectively, at a 200-MHz input frequency. They offer 1- and 0.5-dB gain steps over 31- and 31.5-dB ranges and noise figures of 8.5 and 7.3 dB, respectively, at maximum gain.
