Use reinforced isolation for effective data couplers

The primary tenet of electric-shock safety is that the equivalent of two independent insulation systems must lie between dangerously ener-gized circuits and any conductor that a user of an electrical device can access. One of these insulation systems could be a safety-grounded enclosure with a single layer of internal insulation. Another approach is to use two insulation systems to provide redun-dant protection.
