摘要

Referencing to the correlation between electromagnetic torque and winding current of switched reluctance motor (SRM), a novel adaptive fuzzy control method with segmented harmonic currents injection for SRM is presented in this study. The proposed method divides the conduction interval of each phase into n segments and injects the nth harmonic current into the reference current of each phase. The coefficient of the harmonic current in each section is automatically adjusted by fuzzy control strategy according to the torque error. In this case, the current waveform can generate additional torque to suppress the torque ripple caused by the square wave reference current. Also, the novel method can achieve adaptive control over a wide range of load and angular velocity below the base speed. In addition, the control method is flexible, portable, and can be applied to most of the SRM drive systems. The simulation results and experimental results represent that the torque ripple can be effectively suppressed in real-time by the proposed novel control method.
