FatWire Software: Content Management Takes a divine Turn

A year has passed since FatWire Software announced that it would acquire the content management business of divine, the Chicago-based enterprise solutions provider that filed for bankruptcy protection in February 2003 following a three-year stretch of financial losses and lawsuits involving its RoweCom subsidiary. In that time, FatWire has created a new global organization, solidified relationships with its customer base, and launched an aggressive roadmap that includes merging divine's Content Server with FatWire's original CM product, UpdateEngine.
