Steam cooking, a traditional method of food preparation, is today reinterpreted as the latest frontier of contemporary technology in the kitchen. Designed in collaboration with top chefs, the Vaporex oven from Rex Electrolux is able to combine steam cooking with the advantages of traditional multi-functional models. With respect to the latter however, Vaporex cooks at much lower average temperatures, guaranteeing greatly reduced cooking times and energy consumption.
