摘要

The ResidenzaStudentescaPraticelli originated within a Project Financing programme aimed not only at providing new accommodation for the more than 50,000 students of Pisa University but also regenerating an area just outside the city with a non-uniform urban fabric. The urban scheme comprises a built area facing the city of Pisa, to the south, and a large city park near the residential zone of San Giuliano Terme, to the north.
