STRUTTURA IN LEGNO LAMELLARE

For the construction of the Marina Verde Wellness Resort, on the seafront at Caorle (Venice), only timber supplied by Rubner Holzbau was used with the exception of the stairwell and some of the exterior columns. The vertical structure of the two towers with seven floors above ground is made up of frames, beams and columns in laminated timber, clad with perimeter walls preassembled in the factory, already integrated into the frames and positioned directly on site.%Per la costruzione del Marina Verde Wellness Resort, sul lungomare di Caorle (VE), è stato impiegato esclusivamente legno fornito da Rubner Holzbau, con l'unica eccezione del vano scale e di alcuni pilastri esterni. La struttura verticale delle due torri a 7 piani fuori terra è costituita da telai, travi e pilastri in legno lamellare, tamponati con pareti perimetrali preassemblate in stabilimento, già integrate nei telai stessi e posizionate direttamente in opera.
