摘要

Endotoxin shock, or sepsis induced by bacterial lipopolysaccharides (LPSs), is accompanied by disturbances in hemodynamics, hemostasis, and multi-organ failure and causes systemic hypotension, tachycardia, and disseminated intravascular coagulation syndrome. It is one of the main legal causes of lethal outcomes in patients treated in intensive therapy units. Endotoxin shock in animals is simulated by LPS injections. It was found that the level of expression of the 70-kDa heat shock protein (HSP70) is correlated with the survival rate of rodents in heat shock.
