On an integral representation of the solution of the Laplace equation with mixed boundary conditions

We obtain an integral representation of the solution of the Laplace equation with three distinct boundary conditions. Depending on the statement of the problem, the homogeneous boundary value problem may have nontrivial solutions; in other cases, the solution of the homogeneous problem is zero. Note that the inhomogeneous problem is always solvable.
