摘要

At present, the traditional cold chain technol-ogy is no longer suitable for modernization require-ments. The cold chain logistics mode of agricultural fruit and vegetable products based on green supply chain is a new management mode on the basis of the concept of sustainable development and conforming to the development trend of the times, which is of great significance to the implementation of environ-mental protection and green ecological concept. Green supply chain management mode is the key to the development of cold chain logistics for agricul-tural fruit and vegetable products in China and an important way to realize the sustainable develop-ment of agricultural products industry. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the cold chain lo-gistics of agricultural fruit and vegetable products in China, this paper points out the problems in the sys-tem, technology, management and standardization of the cold chain logistics, further analyzes the key fac-tors affecting the efficiency of the cold chain logis-tics of agricultural fruit and vegetable products from the aspects of green environmental protection and cold chain logistics, and puts forward the develop-ment suggestions from the perspective of the govern-ment and enterprises, which has certain guiding function for the development of the cold chain logis-tics of agricultural fruit and vegetable products.
