As the development momentum of the ecologi-cal environment construction in China continues to strengthen, the focus of ecological environmental protection and development continues to advance. As one of the important rivers in China, the Yellow River plays an important role in the development of runoff economy. At present, the economic develop-ment of the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River is simple and lacks effective competitiveness. Through understanding and analyzing the economic development patterns of the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River and the types of indus-tries related to the ecological industries in the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River, the coupling relationship between the economic development pat-terns of the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River and the quality of the ecological environment is analyzed. Based on the EKCmodel, we analyze the current research cases in the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River and build the EKC func-tion model framework relationship. TK enterprise is used as a case study, which is a typical production enterprise type in the middle and lower reaches of the Yelow River. We construct a functional relation-ship between the two and build the enterprise eco-nomic development index Ce (0-100 interval)and the enterprise as an example. The ecological envi-ronment quality index Er yalue (0-100 interyal)is mainly used to study the coupling relationship. The time is 10 years from 2010 to 2020.After the data sample is collected, the MATLAB 21.0b software Surf model is used to verify that the coupling rela-tionship has a significant correlation. Combining the analysis of data recovery samples from 2010to 2020, constructing the two-factor empirical analysis results under the Surf model, and analyzing the results of the coupling relationship constructed by the function, the EKC model analysis empirical results of TK companies in the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River are revealed.In the analysis of the cou-pling relationship between economic development and ecological environment quality, it is verified that the higher the ecological environment quality index, the faster the TK enterprise's ecological economic development speed, the better the significant normal correlation distribution.
