Extramedullary presentation is more common compared to acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Myeloid sarcoma/chloroma is characterized by deposition of myeloblasts in extramedullary site. Cardiac Myeloid Sarcoma is a very rare phenomenonwith only fewcase reports reported in pediatric age group.
