Breast cancer is the second cause of death in female cancer, 1 and the most important treatment is surgical resection. Axillary lymph node dissection is the main part of the operation. Axillary lymph nodes are located in the loose connective tissue around axillary vessels and their branches, While ensuring thorough lymph node removal, the injury of important nerves and blood vessels should be avoided, so the surgeon must keep in mind the anatomical loca- tion of the neurovascular. Therefore, how to make young doctors and medical students who have just entered the clinic easily under- stand and remember important anatomical knowledge has become the focus and difficulty of teaching. The ideal of the post-Flexnerian third wave is a fully integrated curriculum inplace of the traditional curriculum comprised of a distinct pre-clinical component with subject-based courses and a subsequent clinical component, 2 solid anatomical knowledge is necessary in these three parts. Therefore, no matter how to reform the teaching mode, anatomy knowledge is the key and difficult point for medical students.
