In the center of our paper stands the engineer, philosopher and authorMichael Cooleyfrom Ireland, and his recent poemInsulting Machines.It means that we are using thenarrative patterns of poetryleading up to Cooley’s fight for the - still controversial - concept ofHuman Centered Technology Design.
