The aim of this study was to find out the extent to which the faculty members of Al-Hussein Bin Talal University have the principles of learning theory based on the brain. The study sample consisted of 70 faculty members, of which 54 were male faculty members. The researcher used the questionnaire tool to measure the extent principles of the faculty members of brain-based learning theory. The results showed the following: 1. The faculty members have knowledge of the principles of brain-based learning.It came in the first place with a high degree field (realized that every brain is unique). The field came at the last and intermediate level (I know that the brain is designed to recognize and generate patterns). 2. There are statistically significant differences for faculty members who have more than 10 years' experience to own the principles of brain-based learning theory. 3. There are no statistically significant differences due to gender in the extent of ownership faculty members at Al-Hussein Bin Talal University.
