摘要

The limited availability of water resources and the increasing rate of water demands in many urbanizing areas have caused more conflicts among competing water users in shared water systems and consequently,created some environmental,socio-economic and political challenges.Mathematical models have inherent low cost and fast characteristics,and their calculation results can be easily visualized by digital processing.In this paper,a new computational mathematical model is introduced for the evaluation of comprehensive planning of urban water resources.Mathematical model of water quality is prosed.Through the planning,the water quality qualification rate (WQQR) reached more than 90%.
