Changes in the operating environment and financial environment of the enterprise caused by the development concept of low-carbon economy will lead to increased financial risks faced by the enterprise. Therefore, howto help enterprises better early warning, prevention and control of financial risks from the perspective of low-carbon economy has become a hot issue worthy of research. There are many factors that affect the financial risk of an enterprise, and there is a certain relationship between these factors. The traditional evaluation model is affected by the correlation of evaluation indicators, which leads to low accuracy of evaluation results. To this end,in this paper,we have designed a fuzzy evaluation model of corporate financial risk based on a low-carbon economy perspective.First, the fuzzy evaluation indicators of corporate financial risk are selected, the index weights are determined and the risk warning function is established, and then, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the financial risk of the enterprise. The return on assets, return on net assets, growth rate of market share, and growth rate of total assets are evaluation indicators. The results show that the accuracy of the designed model on the evaluation of the four indicators is 95% return on assets,98% return on net assets,96% market share growth rate, and 96% total asset growth rate. Therefore, the new model has higher evaluation accuracy than the traditional model. This research will help to form a financial risk control system in a low-carbon economic environment and ultimately ensure the safety of the economic environment.
