In obstetric clinical teaching, delivery mechanism is one of the most difficult points, and wehavebeen exploring howtoeffectively improve the teaching effect of delivery mechanism. Recently, we read the ""Hand As Foot” teaching method in brachial plexus anat- omy: An orthopedics teaching experience.” published in your jour- nal. 1 This article mainly introduces the application of the"Hand As Foot"teaching method pioneered by orthopedics in the brachial plexus. This method simplifies and visualizes the complex shape of the brachial plexus through simple gesture changes, which is easy for young doctors to understand and learn, and also increases their interest in learning; In recent years, we have used it for refer- ence in clinical teaching of delivery mechanism, and achieved good teaching results.
