The basic function of sports is to improve the human body and mental health which are the fundamental factors of economic, social and cultural development. Also, sports are made in order to make peace with nations and societies, in addition, to increase the fighting power of the person, a clash within certain rules, to get excited, to compete and to winin thecompetition (Yetim, 2000). The popularization of sports, which has an important effect in the personal development of people and the promotion of countries, and the achievement of the desired successes depend largely on a strong and resistant organization and management ( Sunay, 2009).
