The Department of Surgery, Alberta Health Services-Calgary Zone and the University ofCalgary invite applications for a urologist with expertise in functional and reconstructiveurology, and an academic interest in education. The position will be based at the SouthernAlberta Institute of Urology at Rockyview General Hospital, but may transition to an alternateprimary site.Qualifications include an MD, a Fellowship in the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeonsof Canada in Urology with additional fellowship training in Functional and ReconstructiveUrology. This is a 0.8 FTE clinical position with resources allocated appropriately. Anadditional 0.2 FTE is to be dedicated to educational activity within the Department of Surgery,Faculty of Medicine.The successful applicant will be required to complete the MasterTeacher Program at the University of Calgary within two years of practice, or have similarqualifications. Candidate must be eligible for licensure in the province of Alberta.
