Background and Purpose: Interprofessional education is one of the new approaches to health education for students and learners And it can enhance inter-professional collaboration and improve the quality of patient care. The purpose of this study was to compare studentschr(chr('39')39chr('39')) perceptions of pre-vocational and inter-professional learning readiness in Nursing and Midwifery Faculties of Islamic Azad University of Isfahan in2018. materials and methods: This descriptive-correlational study was performed on 312 Nursing and Midwifery students Faculties, Islamic Azad University of Isfahan Sampling was made available. In this study, a standardized Interpersonal Learning Preparedness Questionnaire (RIPLS) was used. Data were analyzed by SPSS22 software. findings The findings of this study showed that there is a significant difference in the mean scores of perception of inter-professional learning readiness between pre-field and field students (p 0.001) And the mean scores of students were significantly higher in the whole scale and in all sub-scales. Conclusion: Students were more prepared for teamwork and collaboration than for professional identity and roles and responsibilities.
