Detergents and surfactants a brief review

摘要

Since ancient times, human being has tried to find a way for cleaning clothes, house floor, and agricultural tools and so on. In the present work, we briefly describe the history of detergents and the way that they developed. In addition we write about the components of powdered and liquid detergents and the components we produce and use in our detergents. All of the surfactants that are used in industrial applications are described and their synthesis is discussed.
