Projects management comprises organization structure necessary for projects of the organization, internal organization of the project and correlations with organization structure of the institution, organization of the processes, and some aspects relate to manage of the project. Unity of the team project and degree of the identification of team members can be positive influenced by: constitute the commune concepts about projects objectives; appreciate positive results of the team; repeatedly communication and interaction among team members and performing concurrence medium.
