摘要

This study aims to analyze the efficiency criteria in the utilization of teaching strategies in the training and development of the students skills (students enrolled at the Education Sciences Faculty-Preschool). The study examines the determinative variables dynamics in the selection and in the use of theaching strategies for theaching curriculum subjects from the PIPP specialization. The practical implications of this study relates to the identification of an optimal criteria for development of effective teaching strategies in theaching/ learning of the disciplines specific for teaching profession that can contribute to achieve high levels of professional effectiveness.
