摘要

Single‐layer (1L) MoS2 on metallic and non‐metallic substrates have different Raman spectral behaviors, which are attributed to substrate‐induced p‐type doping. Interestingly, the distinct photoluminescence is presented in 1L MoS2/water/mica. Because the intercalated water layer makes an electron‐doped MoS2, the number of charged excitons (trions) increases compared to neutral excitons. Our results help to better understand exciton and trion behaviors for 1L MoS2 on various substrates.
