This paper presents a solution of unified ecurrencyand its software design based on the fourth partyplatform integrated payment service. The purpose is to solvethe problems of distribution and resource-wasting caused bythe lack of unified e-currency, and to solve regulatorydifficulties due to regulation size caused by a wide variety ofe-currency. Methods: This article first analyzes theproblems in the development of e-money, and then proposesthe concept of a unified electronic currency based on thefourth party platform integrated payment service. Besides,it proposes a unified mechanism and transaction proceduresfor unified e-currency, and carries on the software design,the structural design and the attribute design.
