摘要

Two high-lysine barley varieties, Mutant 1508 and Hiproly, were studied in comparison with normal-lysine varieties, with regard to ultrastructure observed with scanning electron microscope and to electrophoretic behaviour of water-soluble proteins. It is suggested that the elevated lysine content in 1508 and Hiproly is caused by two different genes.
