Current knowledge services enterprises have developed rapidly, and the core competitiveness lies in the tacitknowledge which is crux of the enterprises and the brain of employees, but is difficult to observe and disseminate. Thispaper is an account of the research conducted on the tacit knowledge process in knowledge services enterprises, consideringthe characteristics of the tacit knowledge, the subject of the knowledge, the object of the knowledge and the externalenvironment to fully account for the factors influencing the tacit knowledge and its development , building a conceptualmodel and theoretical analysis regarding tacit knowledge in knowledge service enterprise. On the basis of the previous articleand the empirical research data obtained through questionnaires and calculated using SPSS software for statisticalanalysis, correlation assumptions were made before testing and were discussed for the empirical results.
