Inthispaper,sixnewthree-classattributessinglesamplingplansareintroduced,andthecorrespondingoperatingcharacteristic(OC)functionsareconstructedseparately.Animportantconceptisintroducedwhichisnamednon-conformingequivalentnumberandthenallsamplingplanscanbeconsideredas(n,ce).Inordertodesignsamplingplans,thepropositionsofOCfunctionaresummarizedandanapproachisproposedtobuildasetofequationsbyusingthefourspecifiedquantities:P0,P1,α,βandimportantpointsonthep1-p2plane.Severalprinciplesshouldbefollowedandthenumberofequationsshouldbeequaltothenumberofparametersrequiredinasamplingplanwhenusingthisapproach.Finally,numericalexamplesandsomediscussionsbasedonnumericalcomputationresultsaregiventoillustratetheobtainedresults.
