摘要

Metronomic combination chemotherapy protocol leads to stabilization of tumor progression in majority and regression in subset of patients with preserved functional ability. Surgical resection leads to good outcomes in selected cases. Watchful waiting with close clinical and radiological monitoring can be considered, with intervention if there is progression or functional disability.
