Bone disease is the most common endocrinopathy in the second decade with improvement in chelation. This study highlights that physical activity, calcium rich diet, replacement of vitamin D for preven- tion and life style changes and hormone replacement and bisphospho- nates when indicated help ameliorate symptoms.
