Cytogenetic Profile of Children with B-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) at Diagnosis and Relapse.

摘要

FLAG-Bortezomib in our experience has demonstrated 92% remission rates with no therapy-related mortality in this group of high- risk patients with relapsed/refractory leukaemia with good safety profile. These results bear significant relevance to units in developing countries where MDR-sepsis is on the rise in most paediatric-oncology units.
