Formative values of problem solving training in Physics

摘要

Problem-solving is a dynamic principle of methodology designed to enrichstudents"activity. Dealing with real problems directs students"thinking processtowards researching and acquiring new knowledge. Teaching by problem-solvingensures an active and interactive involvement of the students in the teaching process. Inthis paper, we presented the contribution made by the problem-solving teaching inPhysics as far as developing students"cognitive and creative abilities is concerned, aswell as in increasing their desire to study Physics more, beyond the limits of the schoolcurriculum.
