Programa Minha Casa Minha Vida e a Colis?o entre Direitos Fundamentais

Lack of housing has always been present in the lives of the vast majority of Brazilians, with the purpose to improve this perspective, the Brazilian government has been working for years in housing through housing policies, and however, the actions taken during this time remained insufficient to change this panorama. However, recently the Government through the Growth Acceleration Program starts a large-scale housing program, called Programs My House My Life. This program aims to provide housing the poorest populations of the population and enhance the economic activities of the construction industry. Given these facts, the present work arises that aims to study Public Policy and Government Programs, focusing on the Programs My House My Life, tracing the main fundamental rights connected to this government program, portraying finally, the existence of conflicts between these fundamental rights. We used the dialectical method to approach the topic with interpretation of reality through applied research, which aims to generate knowledge for practical application of the solution of conflicts between fundamental rights in our case. Therefore, we sought for this study emphasize the need for a better definition of public policies available to the population, as also with the implementation arise conflicts of fundamental rights, which must be considered and resolved to improve the quality of life of all society, especially to the perception of an ecologically balanced environment and cannot be considered as only the priority economic and social sectors when formulating public policy
