Sustentabilidade, políticas públicas e a responsabilidade pós-consumo: em defesa da dignidade da pessoa humana

This article discusses the production process of industrial society, in particular with respect to liability after consumption. Environmental degradation of the modern world has gotten worse and one of the reasons is the relentless quest to ensure the consumption patterns of society. The approach in this issue was only monograph, but able to demonstrate that this practice is inextricably linked to the adoption of effective public policy management and disposal of consumer goods. The purpose of this research is to assess whether the current production process and the absence or the incipient concern with the disposal of products after their use proves to be an offense to the art. 225 of the Brazilian Federal Constitution. In this scenario, this brief foray into the issue reveals and shows that, as a fundamental right, ensuring an ecologically balanced environment means to preserve human dignity. It follows, therefore, in this context that public policies that seek to encourage the productive processes girded with a greater ecological sensitivity, or that seek to recycle, reuse, or any other process to give a correct and proper disposal of products after use is give to effect to what the charter provides when you assign a shared responsibility with regard to preserve and ensure future generations an ecologically balanced environment.
