Viewing the strategic development of China’s industrial construction based on the experience of Germany

摘要

China’s industrial construction has several problems and the experience of German industrialization can inspire China significantly to come out with the solutions. Based on the case study of Ruhr, this paper makes comparison between the industrial construction of China and Germany, and also proposes several suggestions to speed up the construction of China’s industrial power including infrastructure, policies, introduction of foreign capital, and promotion of scientific research and education investment.
