One of these contracts which is suggested by using partnership contract is "decliningThe aforementioned contract can provide the motivations of investors on one hand and the motivation of economic activists froThis contract can be used in constructing and purchasing different kinds of plans and properties especialadvantages of declining partnership, compared to other kinds of contractslikebuying, is the capability of designing its financial instrument which has made it so popular. Also, this contract contributesincome distribution which is one of the objectives of the economic system of Islanature, seeks to jurisprudentially investigate and design a model of bank operations and financial bonds depending on declinipartnership based on Imamite jurisprudence.
