An Examination of the Challenges and Opportunities of Students' Identity in Virtual Space

This phenomenological study focuses on the talent management strategies beingadministered by a large investor-owned company. Talent management is linked to ahost of activities involving planning for key leadership transitions within anorganization. Talent is the force that drives business success and brings value to anorganization. This study examines the workforce challenges facing this large investorownedcompany to determine how talent management strategies are being developedand deployed, in the poor of new market forces, shifting demographics, and theanticipated loss of institutional knowledge from the baby-boomer generation, the largestsegment of the current Iran workforce.
