The Relationship Between Organizational Citizenship Behaviors and Group Cohesion Among Staff of Sport and Youth Departments of Fars Province

Background: Todays to improve staffs efficiency of organizations staff, try to evaluate different coefficients relations and find effective coefficients on staffs efficiency and improve efficiency in organizations by this coefficients improvement Objective: Research society include young and sport staffs of department of Fars which was 363 people. Calculated sample was 200 from Koukran formula and 186 from returned questionnaire and sampling method was leveling random proportionate with statistical population. Measuring tools include a Keritner and Anjelokiniki (1993) group solidarity questionnaire with 18 question with validity coefficient 0.80 and reliability coefficient 0.81 and Padsakov et al (1990) organizational citizen behavior questionnaire with 24 question with validity coefficient 0.84 and reliability coefficient 0.80. Results: results show that there is a significant and positive correlation between organizational citizen behavior with group solidarity of young and sport office staffs of Fars 9(P<0.05 , r=0000). Also in Regression, results show that conscience (P<0.05 t=1.931) , patience and tolerate (P<0.05 , t=2.276 ) and help (P<0.05, t=3.384)are known as organizational citizen behavior indexes for group solidarity significant in young and sport offices of Fars. Conclusion: We hope that by attention to evaluation the result of organizational citizen behavior with group solidarity we can increase efficiency in organization and near staffs together and we have better result in job cycle.
