TO CREATECOMPETENT TEAMS MEANS COMBINING SKILLS, INCLUDING TECHNICAL ONES. AN EFFICIENT TEAM ISCREATIVE, CREATIVELY USED TO CONTINUOUSLY IMPROVE ORGANIZATIONAL PROCESSES. THE PAPERPRESENTS THEORETICAL ASPECTS REGARDING THE FORMATION OF A PERFORMING TEAM AND HOWTHE TEAMS THAT IMPLEMENT THE PROJECTS ARE CREATED.
