改良SBAR沟通模式在重症肝病患者交接班管理中的应用

摘要

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of modified SBAR communication mode in nursing handover management of patients with severe hepatopathy. Methods  A total of 55 patients with severe hepatopathy were assigned to the control group(n=25)and observation group(n=30). The regular nursing handover management and modified SBAR communication-based nursing handover management was carried out in the control group and observation group, respectively. Results Patients in the observation group were more satisfied with content, rules, theme, measures, problem-solving and comfortable sensation in nursing handover compared with those in the control group(P0.05 or P0.01). The averaged time-consuming was shorter in the observation group than that of controls(P0.01). Conclusion  Modified SBAR communication mode is an effective tool to improve the quality of nursing handover management for patients with severe hepatopathy.
